Do you have a log file for one of these too-small results? Most likely you saturated the codec - you got the largest size possible for your settings.

About the audio, AutoGK won't change the original audio. I think you're getting whatever was on the DVD. It's not going to convert 7-channel AC3 audio to 5-channel. It's not going to change DTS audio from 6-channel to 5-channel.

From 100 DVDs 2 with bad file sizes.

Tested with AutoGK 2.47b and AutoGK 2.45 stable...

I save only 1...

But , everybody knows the program cannot do rips 6-7 channels DTS...

Get 1 DVD with 6-7ch DTS and test alone.
Open your .avi file with some info (AviInfo 3.1.0) program and... you see 5ch... not 6 or 7 :)

No adjustment is possible
Warning: final AVI will likely be undersized.
I was right. You saturated the codec. You got the largest size possible for those settings. If you were to choose a smaller size - 1000 MB, maybe - then you'd get what you asked for. Whatever movie it is, maybe it compresses well.

And it says it used the original audio. It didn't reencode. Maybe whatever you used to check the audio gave you wrong information. Try GSpot.
