Scenarist HDMV help with H264

I can't get my h264 file from a hd-dvd imported into scenarist. In MUI Generator I just get Invalid timing_info_present. VC1s work fine mind.

I have the same problem with avc(H.264) files from any Blu-rays. The Errormessage is:
Invalid timing info.( DTS of 11568th AU is not greater than DTS of previous AU ).

Can anyone help me?

yah how do you remove the 3:2 pulldown. without rencoding the movie
