Assumn that I have 1 menu (Subtitles Menu : Thai Sub,English Sub)

I want to do that if i choose Thai Sub then DVDMOVIE will play automatically with Thai-Sub.

How can I do that ? I have to create Sequence ?

No sequence needed
In Menu editor select your Thai Sub button, choose the Buttons tab, Stream Pre-Selection, Set Subtitle To x on (x = your Thai stream #) and as target select your movie.
