Unwrap mpg from VOB tool?

I know of a tool called dvdtool box that has this capablitiy but I was wondering if anyone wrote, or knows about, a freeware/shareware tool to 'unwrap' the mpeg2 from the vob file?

Would appreciate any help.

Sorry for the incorrect lingo.... But with a combination of VOBEdit and TMPGEnc I was able to get a single(Huge) mpg file. Thanks Derrow, great program.
