I have learned how to change the lenghth of a 23,976 FPS movie for A 25 FPS Movie with Adobe Audition.

I have a 23,976 FPS Movie ripped from a NTSC DVD
and i want to make it dual with the audio demuxed from a 25 PAL DVD.

Don't even say that i should change the fps of the movie to 25 FPS, because i want to make the movie with dual audio. Either of the audio files must be streched.

My problem is the file that i got after encoding. It saves as 1600 Kb's wav audio and the file size is extra big. And then when i try to encode it to ac3 with 448 Kb/s 5.1, the first parts of the movie is at sync but later parts gets out of sync.

Can anybody help me with this?
