I have a DVD9 which I want to back up...via manual CCE.

in VobBlanker when I pull up the DVD9 in question...

VTS_02_0 has 3 PGC's attached to it...

It is Title Set 3 & 4...but in vobblanker it lists them as PGC 2 , 3

PGC1 here is the movie...

I want to COMPLETELY AND UTTERLY destroy, delete explode them to pieces...those 2PGCs that I do not need. PGC 2 refers to songs within the movie, and PGC 3 refers to FBI warning/anamorphic widescreen warning...etc etc...8seconds worth.

Why?

When i've created my CCE encoded .vobs eventually, i'll be using vobblanker to replace...but since my IFO has 3 PGCs it says it can not be done...so what's my solution please?

thanks

I can't see why blanking won't do the trick for you, but if you want them gone, remove all references to them using PgcEdit (do a Ctrl-G to find all references and change them to NOPs). Then, in PgcEdit, do a delete uncalled PGCs.
