Still having a problem with mswinsck.ocx

Stil get message that this file is not correctly registered, missing or invalid., It is in the installation folder, and i've registed it manually too, but I keep getting this message when i try to run the program

Sorry, I can't imagine what might be wrong -- unless maybe there is another (incompatible) version of the .OCX already registered.
