Your resolution is too big:
VIDEO_SIZE_X 768
VIDEO_SIZE_Y 432

Max. allowed by the standalones is 720x576. If you don't know too much about encodes, use AutoGK to reencode it. After loading the avi and setting the save path press Ctrl+F9 and check MTK compatibilty. Then set the output size the same as your original size (1/3 CD or 233MB).

thanks, but my divx-dvd standalone can play all divx, xvid, qpel, gmc, but for this one file it can't,so about the resolution is too big, what resolution for common dvd?widht?height? is there any divx-dvd player that can play larger resolution above 720?

No standard DivX player will play files with resolution higher than 720.
Only the 720 is important in your example, because when you'll reencode the video, the aspect ratio must to be same as the original to have a correct output.
If you want to have the final video at maximum resolution when using AutoGK, in Advanced settings set the "Fixed Width" to 720. Your output video will have a resulting resolution of 720x400.
Also, I don't think your player can play GMC at 3 warp. Setting MTK compatibility will not harm your encode and is not only about QPEL, PB, GMC, also the maximum bitrate supported by standalones.

enjoy,
Mtz

I think media centers like TiVX: http://www.tvix.co.kr/ENG/ or maybe SeeMoreDigital can suggest you some based on Zoran chipsets.
