Could I ask that a new bit of info be added, that is if pulldown is being used or not ?
This will help so I don't have to open mpc and play the dvd using ffdshow osd to see if pulldown is used or not.

It's already there. The field repeats and frame repeats boxes increment for field pulldown and frame pulldown, respectively. Repeats are caused by soft pulldown flags.

Be aware that you can have hard pulldown too (no flagging). In that case the repeats boxes will not increment and you'll have to use your eyes to detect the pulldown.

Why not just call it pulldown and use yes or no?

Because that provides less information. For example, from the ratio of repeats to coded frames, you can determine whether you have pure 3:2 pulldown or irregular pulldown. DGIndex is intended for people who know what they are doing.
