Came back from a nice holiday in Zambia, ive got 2 video dvds of bungee jumping and white river rafting which we bought out there - these play fine on my dvd player.
I need to copy them sfor my brother/dad - (I guess this is borderline piracy, but we did pay extortionate amounts for one copy of the DVDs).
I doubt it has any protection on it. However, I used ImgBurn to create an ISO of the DVD. Used Dameon tools to test it and the ISO played fine on my pc. So I burnt the ISO to DVD (and verified it) with imgBurn. Again the DVD plays fine on my computer with PowerDVD and VLC.
Hoooooowever, if i put it in a stand-alone DVD player, it comes up as a read-error (tried 2 players). How can I get around this and what would be causing it? I used a Verbatim DVD+Recordable 4.7gb DVD media if that helps. I also saw ImgBurn finalise the DVD as well so thats not an issue.
