How to have Multiple Chapter Selection

I have some 40 Music Videos. I want to burn it as a DVD. I want my DVD to be designed like given below:

Main Menu ---> Play All Songs, Select Songs

Select songs--> Song Selection by Singer, Song Selection by Genre, Song Selection by Album
and so on.

I think I have made my point clear. Can anyone suggest how to do this. I use TMPGEnc 3. I dont know if I can really do it in that.
