rebuilder.inf missing

after the prepare stage i always load the rebuilder.inf file into rbopt but for some reason i cant find it anywhere on my hard drive. Always worked on my old xp machine but since upgrading to vista i cant find it. is it hidden?

It's always a subdirectory of RB's working path. :)

Others are using Vista with no problems. Post your REBUILDER.INI file and we can at least take a look.

I have to concur with that if we are discussing the 32 bit version of Vista. I did a few backups on the 32 bit beta version of Vista without any problems. I also tried the 64 bit version of Vista and it didn't work but then again both were betas'.

Is your Working folder somewhere under "Program Files" or "Windows"? If so try moving them somewhere else.

for some reason the d2v folder wasnt getting created, reintalled and its now up and running. Getting an error in rbopt when saving now though. DOH!
