XviD - 2 pass: which video processing mode?

Hello. I'm re-encoding an xvid file (.avi) w/ GMC to one without GMC and QPEL using 2-pass "Xvid MPEG-4 Codec (XVID) FOURCC" on VirtualdubMod. I know how to do the process but all I'm concerned is if I should use fast recompress or full processing mode for both passes. Thank you.

fast recompress is faster and will keep the original colorspace without any conversions (that means more quality too).
