Ivtc Problem

I have used triticals' avisynth ivtc filter previously in returning ntsc 29.97fps captured video to the original 23.976 fps.

I have a video that has a ivtc pattern as follows:

Prog frames---3 2 3 3 1 3 3 1 3 3 2 3 6 3 6
Inter frames----2 1 2 2 2 2 2 2 2 1 2 2 2 2 2

Total repeating pattern is 73 frames if my math is correct.
Appears that frames 55 & 56 are duplicates and 68 & 69 are duplicates

Does anybody know what the tfm and/or tdecimate lines would be to correct the video back to 23.976 fps or would a different method work better?

Post a small sample.

If it is a dvd, cut the vob to one area where the problem occurs, and upload it to a website such as yousendit.com, rapidshare, megashare, etc.

Remember just cut the vob directly, do not encode to xvid, x264, etc.

You can cut the vob to an m2v using DGIndex.

Originally captured with hauppauge pvr150, demuxed with projectx and cut with cuttermaran. I don't think any changes have been made to the m2v format.
