Mux .ac3 into a .vob

Ok so I have created a movie in Adobe Premiere Pro 2.0. You can export your project as a DVD. The problem I am having is Premiere won't export as .ac3 unless I purchase the Surcode Plugin for $300 dollars. That is not an option for me.

So what I have done is exported the project with no audio as a .vob. I then encoded my audio using besweet to .ac3. How can I mux the .ac3 I created into the .vob from premiere. I am looking for the quickest and most effective way of doing this. Thanks in advance.

Demux the video with DGIndex and then re-author using the video and audio streams using MuxMan.

What I figured out was outputting my project from premiere as .m2v. I then used muxman to add the m2v and the ac3 and it worked great. Thanks for your idea though.
