Theatertek vs. Zoomplayer + guide?

I'm running all my DVD's from my HTPC with FFDShow Seesaw and MPC.
It has come to my attention, that there are better programs (TheaterTek and Zoomplayer) that are more suitable for playing DVD's than MPC. But I don't know which one to choose.

Important things for me is:

The program which has the best encoder for the best PQ.
Program has to support Seesaw to get best possible picture.

If possible also the program should also have good codec for divx/xvid/mkv. I want to avoid the big codec packs with lots of cr.. that cann't be uninstalled afterwards.

Don't care if I should install the divx codec separately just to get better picture if the program doesn't do a good job. Just want best possible picture especially DVD and if possible also divx etc.

I have Core 2 duo E6600, 4 GB memory, Gigabyte Geforce 7600.

Which program should I use, an is there a good guide to konfigure/tweak it?

If I were to answer, I'd commit another rule 4 violation...

Anyone who can help and tell your experiences. I'm especially interessted in Zoomplayer.

Zoomplayer's (Pro) main feature is the ability to select a specific filter for each format therefore giving more contol to the user. Neither ZP nor Theatertek have in-build codecs, but as you use ffdshow anyway it doesn't matter. I never used theatertek because i don't use a htpc. IIRC the advantage of it is that it allows easy use of a remote or in general is one of those "mediacenter" pieces of software.

So yes, the only difference between those players is how they handle certain things, i.e. usability like playlists etc.
