Sharpening filter

I'm looking for a sharpenning filter which i can use with MeGUI for my rips. I've seen plenty of movies ripped by the WAF group and they look great. Can somebody tell me which filter is the best. I've used MSharpen back in the days when i was doing xvid rips but it never gave me the results i wanted. The sharpened edges were very blocky. Peace
