Creating thumbnails

Hi. I want to create a thumbnail picture of a video. Media Player Classic has this ability but it appears to be limited to 8 columns by 8 rows. I want more than this e.g. 5 columns by 20 rows. Is there any other software that can do this? TIA

ImageGrabber II is nice but it doesn't seem to have an aspect ratio preserving option :(
