How to remux .evo-Files

Hi guys!

I'm sorry for my noob-question, but I need help to remux an evo-file.

The goal is to delete same video and audio streams (out from an evo-file) which I don't need. (keep only engl. and french). I want to keep the quality, so I won't encode the movie. Is it possible to keep the movie untouched?

Which programm is the best? EvoDemux 0.6, PackScanner or anything else?

.evo is .mpg afaik

maybe you can get some standard mpg tools, like ffmpeg or mplayer to remux to a new file without the streams you dont need
