Tsremux Error "Index was outside the bounds of the array"?

I ripped the HD DVD of Troy the Director's Cut and there are 2 main movie files. Renamed them to Feature_1.evo and Feature_2.evo in order to join them using evodemux and then went to run it through Tsremux to convert to .m2ts container. The first half of the file converts fine, but when I get to the point where the second file starts, the message "Index was outside the bounds of the array" pops up. Any ideas?
