FFDshow Audio codec. How do I setup AC3 and DTS ? Please critique my setup.

i can get dts on the ntsc movie the transporter.

here is my settings.

Hi,

In my limited knowledge I would probably stay away from
"Dynamic Range Compression" and "Normalize".

At least DRC since it "limits" the audio signal.

Enable the option "Maximize SPDIF Compatibility" on the codecs page. Then it should work exactly like as in the past.

I wonder if the Op config can play dts through ac3 or not or is there a problem?
It would be nice if somebody can use the config with dts through ac3 output and tell me if it worked or if I need to set it differently. :)
