I am trying to backup and compress my DVD collection to MPEG4-AVC. The problem I'm having is that when I inverse telecline a DVD from 29.97 FPS -> 23.97 FPS, the chapter information from the DVD rip is no longer precise, due to the frame rate change. I am using chapter information in the Ogg format. Is there any way to account for the frame rate change (looking for a utility or conversion equation) for the chapters file. It seems like every chapter I go to starts a second earlier then expected.
