Problems hdtv in staxrip?

Hi!
I got some problems when I going to encode hdtv in staxrip.
I going to encode my raw .ts file to HR xvid.

And when I add the raw file, the DGIndex says "No data. Check your PIDS".

How do I fix that?

Are you sure the transport stream contains MPEG2 video and not AVC video?

No I'm not sure of that, how do I check it?

I capp with dvbviewer, and It record's to a .ts file.

Cant I use it with staxrip?
If yes how do I do it?

DGIndex can't open AVC video. Please check with the staxrip guys for further possibilities.
