Supernatural Season 1 DVD

Hello all,

I am trying to encode my Supernatural Season 1 DVD's but I am running into a problem. Each episode starts with a blank screen followed by white text that tells the location. This fades out and then the show fades in. When I try to encode this autogk leaves out the fades and then starts with the show, this causes the audio to be totally off. Any ideas how I can fix this?

Pre-rip each episode using DVD Decrypter in IFO mode and file splitting set to none, then load the VOB (not the .ifo file) into AutoGK.
