NTSC 30 frames per to 24.975fps

The source is
originally PAL 25 frames per second Progressive.
This was then converted to NTSC 30 frames per
second Interlaced.

what is the good way to bring it to
24.975fps

I am having lots of trouble with it.

Can't help without a source capture, 10-30s, no recompression. You might find what you need in threads about MRestore though, that was made to undo that blending.

Do you mean you want to convert it to 23.976?

the only difference is I am Doing a rip 2CD
where can i find mrestore searched for it couldn't find it
