How to combine 2 avi's next to each other..

Basically I have 2 timelapse videos of the same period of time, and I am at a loss as to how I would go about combining the two videos so they're either next to each other or one above, one below, into a single avi.

Anyone know how to do this?

Use Avisynth's StackHorizontal() or StackVertical() filter.
