Hey all.

I have been using IFOEdit to mux the video/audio/subs.

I compress the video with tMPGEnc 1-Pass CQ Mode to SVCD frame size [480x576]
I compress the audio with Aften to AC3 5.1 192-Bit
I keep the original subtitles.

However when I use IFOEdit or ReJig to mux this into a compliant VOB stream, I have noticed that some projects stutter when played on a DVD player. However it is inconsistant, some movies play fine, others don't.

Any advice PLZ....or maybe another program I can try. Muxman doesn't seem to accept 480x576 video files.

Thanks in advance to all the brilliant people here.

Hi!

I believe the following are the ONLY DVD-compliant resolutions:

352x240 352x480 704x480 720x480 pixels (NTSC format only)

352x288 352x576 704x576 720x576 pixels (PAL format only)

Using any other resolution is likely to cause trouble...

If I remember correctly, DVDLab Pro accepts SVCDs directly as input...
