Hi,
i'm searching for a framerate conversion and audio resampling solution to watch NTSC (23.976fps) on PAL (25fps) by speeding up a/v in realtime (23.97->25).
I tried Avisynth 'AssumeFPS' and ReClock DirectShow filter some time ago.
Any other alternatives?

WinDVD v4 had a time-stretching feature which allowed a user to play a movie faster or slower without distorting the audio. I think this was associated with a PAL Truspeed feature, which permitted slowing down audio of PAL titles to remove the spedup effect. Not sure if it's still supported, but I can't see anything listed in WinDVD v8.

-insert NTSC DVD in PAL Player and press play (you'd only have to remove region protection).
-insert NTSC DVD in NTSC Player and use good PAL TV which displays NTSC too.

or use search:
there are many suitable avisynth scripts around!
