Hi I have currently running FFDShow with avisynth, but after I install DVDR it wont let me run the script. My MPC just closes with an error. Is it because DVDRebuilder installs avisynth once again and if that's the case, can I skip the installment somewhere?

Nope. DVD Rebuilder will not overwrite your AVISYNTH installation. This was done purposefully to ensure it doesn't cause incompatibilities with other applications. The only time AVISYNTH is installed in DVD-RB is when it is not already there.

Thanks for the answer, but the funny thing is, that after I have installed DVD rebuilder (have tried two times now) it gives me an avisynth error message in MPC when playing a DVD. Something about telecide 0 or 1, which tells me the version has been changed, since I never receive error messages before.
What is wrong?

DVD-RB's installing or not installing Avisynth has nothing to do with Telecide, which is a part of the Decomb package.
I'd rather suggest that you have chosen to install Decomb in the DVD-RB installation and that your filter editor has Telecide on some line (why?). Somewhere along the way the field order parameter changed, and the latest Decomb version apparently doesn't need it but gets the field order directly from Avisynth.
