Somehow I think I've seen a similar site. You upload your vid and they send you a link to the outputed file via email.

This might be "interesting" for those who cant install conversion softs (like guests, or uni students in comp class), but nothing would beat handling your encoding yourself and ensuring optimal *quality* above all.

cool, for example to transcode some of my flvs which are allready online to ipod stuff (so i take no bandwidth or cpu hits).
