I am having problems getting the componant video output to work on my Hitachi ultrascan Hi def tv model 35FDX20B. The composit output is working ok but the RGB is a no go. I know this is an enexpensive unit but just wondering if there are any suggestions before I pack it up and send it back to NewEgg? BTW astar's coustomer support is one of the worst I have ever encountered! It is impossible to get a live tec on the phone and they send you to a voice mailbox that is full and not accepting anymore messages. Support???? What a joke!!!! So beware of dealing with astar products! :mad:
