[megui]encode x264 mkv into ipod mp4 video out of sync.

Hi, I tried using megui to encode x264 mkv (HDTVrip) into ipod mp4 format. The problem is that i always get video out of sync (the video runs gradually ahead of audio several seconds for an hour sequence). I also hardcode the subrip subtitle to the video and the subtitle is synced with the audio.

Does anyone have any idea what the problem might be?

there is a delay between audio and video in the source, you didnt change while encoding the audio?

Problem soloved.

I convert the mkv file to an avi file and use AviSource in the avisynth script then it's ok.
