Is it possible to Jump/Call to a chapter of a different VTS?

Jump VTS Title Chapter only allow me to play a chapter in the same VTS.

No! Furthermore, you cannot jump at all to a different VTS. To jump from a VTS to another VTS, it is always necessary to jump to the VMG first, and to bounce to the new VTS. It's a stupid limitation of the DVD-Video standard.

In your case, you should initialize a GPRM with the number of the chapter to jump to, and then call a dummy PGC in the VMGM. From that dummy, jump to the title PGC. In the pre-commands of the title PGC, test the GPRM and jump to the correct chapter. Don't forget to clear the GPRM as soon as possible.
