AviSynthScrpt Error:
MPEG2source:Force Film Mode not supported for frame repeats.
That's what the error said. Is that a big deal or what?
I've found I can't create a script because of this error that occurs during creation of d2v, what do I need to do to get around this?

I don't know about MEGUI, but if you have frame repeats, it's probably a film telecined up to 59.94 or 60fps progressive and you can't use traditional IVTC (i.e., no Force Film). You need to do a SelectEven() to decimate by two and then do Decimate(5).
Tell us about your source material. Is it 720P? Better yet, post a link to an unprocessed source fragment.

ummm...wow......all that just went over my head.
my source material is Pearl Harbor.....

At least tell me the source frame rate. Is this from a DVD? An HD-DVD? BluRay? Off air capture?
You can try setting Ignore Pulldown Flags but if the frame repeats are irregular, you might get an AV sync problem.
Surely, this didn't go over your head:

DVD
720x480
29.97
Film 99%
and that's according to DGI using gordianknot....not sure how to see that info using megui. I'm going to try encoding it with GK and see if that works any differently.
strange.....when i save the d2v thru GK, it's saying it's 23.97.......

Don't use any Knots. Just open the VOBs directly in DGIndex. Set Honor Pulldown Flags and then do a preview. Look at the Information dialog and tell me whether you get non-zero values in either the field repeats or frame repeats boxes.
Finally, why do you keep ignoring my request for you to post an unprocessed source sample? I'm going to lose interest if you keep ignoring me. :)

I need an unprocessed VOB fragment to inspect. How many times do I have to say it?

I really didn't need 800MBytes!
Nevertheless, I am downloading it. I'm only going to try once though. If it fails I'll ask for a smaller FRAGMENT!

ok, no problem, how I can cut this vob to small parts? I didn't ever edit vob files.

Load it in DGIndex, set a range using the [ and ] buttons, and then do Save project and demux video. It will produce a cut M2V.
Don't do it yet because I'm halfway through the download now.

OK, I have the VOB and have reproduced the problem. I'll give you a fixed beta tonight. Thank you for providing the test stream.

Hey Tacio, it turns out that it is really fortunate that you posted the whole VOB! The error occurs in the very last GOP. So thank you for taking the time to do that and for tolerating my whining about fragments. :)
You need to update MEGUI's DGIndex and DGDecode with version 1.5.0 beta 5:
http://neuron2.net/dgmpgdec/dgmpgdec150b5.zip
I'm not a MEGUI user so I can't tell you how to do that, but it's probably as easy as finding them (DGIndex.exe and DGDecode.dll) and replacing them. You need to update BOTH of them.
Thank you once again for taking the trouble to provide a test stream and thereby improve DGMPGDec.
Technically, the very last GOP, for some unfathomable reason, was encoded as a progressive sequence, so that the 3:2 pulldown looked like frame repeats. I've seen this several times now, so I just removed the checks. The user can decide when force film is reasonable, based on the guidance in the users manual.

There's one gentleman having path problems with 150b5 and MEGUI. It might be prudent to wait until we sort that out. I don't yet know if it is operator error or some kind of new incompatibility.
