Has anyone looked at the registry settings for the Sonic Audio decoder? In particular some of these settings look like it might make it possible to disable DRC, normalization, etc.

I can confirm (using ProcessMonitor) that the 4.3.0.169 version of the decoder reads these reg entries when loaded in graphedit. (in HKLM/Software/Sonic/CommonMPEGDecoders/4.2/AudioDecoder) though I don't know if they have any effect (I'm running this in a virtual machine, so it's hard for me to check the effects of some the settings, but I'll check the dynamic range stuff in particular when I get the chance.)

SonicCinemasterAudioDecoder applies a mix of DRC and Dolby Gain

The System Settings (quite/normal/loud) have no Effect.
Also the DialNorm Parameter in Registry and the Compression Parameter.
So ,no, you cant disable DRC via Registry :) I made Tests and its all the same.

Simply use NeroAudioDecoder (Nero7)...works without DRC
