Configurable/Scriptable Player

I'm looking for a player software that allows me some configurable playback behaviours via scripting or setups. I want to define certain sequences like (30 second play with 25 fps, seek 100 frames backwards, playback 100 frames with 10 fps), (play backwards), (seek 4:30min, play with 30 fps), (change fps++) in a config/script and use it via hotkeys or buttons.

I've been searching for script support within players like VLC, Zoom and so on, but couldn't find anything. Has anybody of you heard of such a flexible player?

Well I know that you can write scripts for avisynth but i don't think you'll get that specific stuff you requested.

I want to use the command while playing, so Avisynth isn't an option, though I really love it...
