Hello!

When a watch a video source the picture jumps up and down.

I'm using VLC and Zoom Player with the Halli MatroskaSplitter, ffdshow.

Some files works but some doesn't.

Maybe a poor bobbing deinterlacer was used on that source?

Could be, check your video playback settings. In ffdshow, is any deinterlacing enabled?

Try opening your system and cleaning out any/all dust bunnies and accumulated other detritus.

Make sure your video card is properly and securely seated...

Not a chance, you would have started noticing problems since the very day of the overclocking. If you're seeing artifacts, you have not burned it, just not yet, but you could be about to. Check your core and memory clock settings and make sure they're set to the default values. If they're ok, there's chance the fan could be disabled/damaged causing your video card to overheat.
