Everything is black and white

I don't know what I did but all video's on my computer are now playing black and white. P4 2.53 WinXP SP2

I normally use mplayerc.exe but I have also tried WMP10 and Quicktime and still all video's are playing black and white. No color at all.

I tried reinstalling FFDShow and XviD-1.1.3-28062007.exe which are the only codecs I recall installing but still the same.

Any suggestions what may have happened and where I should look for a wrong setting?

Nevermind, my new video card (NVidia FX5200) I put in a week or two ago has a setting that says, "Adjust Video and color settings." I don't know why they would have the saturation default to black and white but it seems they do. That was puzzling???
