Oh great, another file size graph which completely ignores that whole "quality" issue. I can get MPEG-4 SP way smaller than MPEG-4 AVC... if I put x264 at --crf 15 and Xvid at quantizer 20.

The Chuck Norris Algorithm can compress any format any length into one single byte, but i guess Cyberlink is not manly enough to add it to the graph.

Just storing the file data in the filename. :p I know of one other way to compress any file losslessly down to zero bytes, only problem is decompression takes a bloody long time. I should write a codec for it and post it.

My design for the ultimate compressor would allow you to have any file name, as long as you left the date alone.

The compressor would upload your data to an FTP and the decompressor would download it again, with a name based on the file time. :p Given how slow some are, it might even be faster!
