Or, *.mp4 guy's. (http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?p=887125) Try the one that emphasis on transparency, rather than smoothing. Smoothing, in most cases, removes fine details from the sources.

You can also try Prestige cqm (http://forum.doom9.org/showpost.php?p=989214&postcount=2). But I'd say use it for grainy sources. Try adding some 'adaptive quantization'- for e.g. --aq-strength 0.3
