1st pass question...frustration

i have followed the guides from doom9 and when i go to do the first pass it tells me that the projected file size is 121985.76mb....i was ok with that because the guide said tht on the first pass it doesn't actually save any data but at 8gb...when i run out of Harddrive space it stops...what am i doing wrong to get such a large output file?

I had a problem with similar symptoms once - it was because i was using div 4 instead of divx 3.11 to encode in nandub..... maybe that's ur problem.

thanks i reinstalled the 3.1 drivers and they worked...i appreciate the quick response...
