Impossible to open a Blu-Ray .m2ts with DGIndex

Hi everyone,

I'm currently trying to encode a Blu-Ray .m2ts to x264/AAC. I was able to do the video using Haali but i'm still incapable of extracting the audio. So i tried DGIndex (both 1.4.9 and 1.5.0) but it returns me the following error :

Cannot find audio or video data. Ensure that your PIDs are set correctly in the Stream menu. Refer to the Users Manual for details.

Is it normal or is this due to a "new" kind of .m2ts ? Thanks in advance. I also thank neuron2 for his wonderful tool :)

What do you see when you do Stream/Detect PIDs?

Is the video MPEG2?

Sounds like you are trying to open an m2ts stream that has h.264 video. What's the Blu-Ray title?

You're right, it's MPEG-4. Shame on me. In my mind, it's still Blu-Ray = MPEG-2, HD DVD = MPEG-4. Moreover the 2 in .m2ts... :)

Try demuxing the M2TS to an elementary stream, and play with it in the sister project DGAVCDec. ;)
