I have a problem. After burning 4-5 movies sucessfully using Convertxtodvd, the
last two Movies that i have tried to burn wound up with Error logs that were burned into
the DVD, reading"Cannot play this Disk" Dvd_errlog5 0029510800000000000701010c00000400060050.
Has anyone else had this problem? I use dvd +R.

try playing the dvd folder on your pc first, narrow down trouble
if dvd is fine, then use different software like nero

Two questions:

What burner are you using (and give us your computer specs, memory/free hdd space, to eliminate common errors)
Have you tried burning data DVDs to see if you get any CRC errors upon burning them?

It's possible (though improbable) that your drive may have malfunctioned. Try to rule out the things that may be causing your problems.

Ardendag thank you. I have a Lite-on external player[16x], Xp, 512 megs memory
Free space is 20 gigs.Have not tried to do Data Cd's. The drive is 6 weeks old.

I recommend you try one Data DVD and see if it fails. That would eliminate a faulty DVD drive. In terms of the error code you get, I am not familiar with the conversion/encoding software you're using, so I don't know what it could mean. Do you have any other DVD authoring/encoding software you can try burning that same movie with and see if the problem could then be the software, or maybe a codec conflict/issue?
