Audio Delay

I am getting +8458mz delay in my audio..I Used nandub to fix it ..
but after I am still getting some delays..

audio is playing 3sec b4 video..

then i tried to fix it with nandub and vdub by just adding 1MS value but then video starts playing b4 audio...

I am having hard time getting the audio to it plays

audio 2:52:11 Mp3 VBR
Video 2:52:23 .Avi

plz help

should i have used CBR or should i convert VBR to CBR or wav?

plz help...
