Hi all:
I'm considering using my Mac Mini as a Media Center, and one of the roadblocks in my way is finding a program that allows me to watch video files with subtitles. I know about Perian, but it only supports .srt files, and ideally I'd like something like the VobSub DirectShow filter in Windows, that can apparently read every subtitle format known to man: VobSub rips, .sub, etc. (I know I could OCR the VobSub subtitles and convert them to .srt, but I'm too lazy :) ). Also, I'm not really too fond of VLC or MPlayer's UI, so I'd like to stick to something like a component that can be intetgrated into QT Player (again, much in the style of VobSub's DirectShow filter). Does such a thing exist?
