How to join two DVD´s (ifoedit) without menus?

hy! i hope someone can point me into the right direction or to a guide. i use ifoedit to author a dvd using elementary streams of my dvb-s captures. as the resulting dvd´s often are around 2 gig i am looking for a simple way to make a dvd with two titles. unfortunately the button "add title" in ifoedit is not working. and as i dont have any menues i cant use all those great pgcedit guides about joining dvd´s with a menue. is there a simple way? maybe just appending the second movie after the first one, so it is accessible by a chapter? thx!!

I suggest using DVD Shrink in re-author mode to compile the titles in one DVD, and the DVD Shrink plugin in PgcEdit to improve the navigation. You will still have two independent titles in two titlesets, but you will be able to jump to any title easily with the remote.
