I successfully record and verify all my DL discs. Evrythiung goes fine there.

My problem lies in Windows Explorer copy mechanism (probably).

As you all know recording of a DL disc (layer 1) happens from the outter rim to the inside. Windows copies fast enough the first layer(layer 0) but takes like an eon to copy layer 1 (20 min or so).

Is there any program out there that copies from the outer rim to the inside the second layer? A friend of mine suggested Teracopy but it doesn't say whether it does such a thing in its website.

Any help will be much appreciated.

I forgot to say that each DVD DL has 1|2 or 3 files.

Hi!

I'm presuming you are referring to compliant Video DVDs (containing .IFOs, .BUPs, and .VOBs) that have no copy protection. If so, try using DVD Decrypter...

Hello setarip_old.

Excuse me for taking so long to answer but no e-mail came to my inbox about your answer.

No, I'm not referring to compliant video DVDs. I have purchased my own DL. I have encoded my own videos in High definition and then burnt them into a DualLayer DVD+R.

Thank you in advance for any response.
