Help me in buying a Quad Core pc ..

Well folks i am looking to buy a quad core pc with at least 2 gb of ram and 500 GB of storage memory .. and at least 512 mb graphic dedicated memory .. my budget is 1300 euro"s ... so plz help me :D ..

P.S : even if it is a linux it would do as i can install anything i want later on hehe .. and also i would prefer a core2quad .. also could u help me out more about this intel Q6600 processor .. also if anyone can customly build the best thing out there then do let me know and give me the link :)

I have been looking to build a new quad core pc myself and found this website (http://www.pcoption.co.uk/pcpackages/index5d_8800slip4con.htm) to be somewhat fairly priced, it gives you the ability to choose which components you want and gives you a running total on how much your spending.

the Q6600 looks like the best chip at the moment for cost per mhz, if possible you want to check with the supplier that your getting the G0 stepping of the chip as this is the most recent and slightly more energy efficient (http://www.anandtech.com/cpuchipsets/showdoc.aspx?i=3066).
