Audio Sync Issues when going from HDDVD to WMV for XBOX360

Hey
I was hoping someone could help solve the problems I'm having with the audio being just slightly out of sync. I have been using the methods in the thread http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?t=123010 . I use EvoDemux then create a video only grf and then make a .avs file for the video. Then use eac3to and tranzcode for the audio then encode them with Windows Media encoder.

Any help would be great.

Thank you for the response but after doing some more playing around I figured out how to fix the problem or I should say I changed what I was doing and now it works correctly.

I do have another question about cropping and resizing.

When taking a 1920x1080 source and and resizing it down to
1280x720 should I resize it first then crop it (to remove the letterboxing) or crop it then resize?

Also if I crop it first how do I determine what the horizontal res of the resize should be?
