Hi,

I'm trying to author HD-DVD with SAC and I have a few problems.

First of all, there is no option for 24fps movie. There are only two options - NTSC/60 and PAL/50

Second, I want to add a custom subtitle (from a srt file) to the movie, so I converted the srt file to ssa file and then with MaestroSBT converted it to sst file.

I've got an error about the st_format number so I changed it to 4, but then I've got an other error which says the image files of the subtitle are not legal.

How can I solve these issues ?

Thanks a lot.

sca does handle 30 fps (never tried 25) for 30 fps must be 1080p. (480p should work also ). from what i hear aca will do 720p @ 30 fps.

i haven't messed with subs yet so i'll leave that to someone else.

Hi,
I have the same error ("Not a legal subpicture data file") than you about subtitles import. I convert my home-made srt into sst+bmp using Subtitles Creator v2.2 with no luck for importing them into Scenarist ACA. Tried 4 Bits/8 Bits/16 Bits BMP options but none of them actually works.
I really need to add some of my srt subs to my HD-DVD.
Any idea ???

Thanks you
